3:00pm - 4:00pm (approximate) 19th Hole Party, Present raffle prizes, foursome trophies, & IP theme winners. Eat, Drink, & Be Merry!

Olde Sycamore Plantation Golf Course

Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation is a golfing pleasure nestled among a mature forest of hardwoods only a few minutes from I-485. This semi-private course opened in May of 1997 and was recognized as the "Best New Course" and "Best Eastside Course" in the Queen City by Charlotte's Best Magazine. Carolina's noted Hall of Fame architect Tom Jackson, who has built many high-profile courses in the Carolinas, routed Olde Sycamore through majestic Carolina tall pines... ideal for golf. Fairways are hybrid Bermuda and the undulating bent grass greens are among the best in the Charlotte region. A nice touch at Olde Sycamore is the use of zoysia grass around the bunkers, allowing for greater definition around each green. Such a combination creates the best condition and challenges of a premiere course. All skill levels and ages can enjoy the beauty of Olde Sycamore located minutes from Uptown Charlotte.

Sponsorships

Title Sponsor: $3000
The sponsorship includes a tee box sponsorship, foursome, logo on all marketing materials, welcome and conclusion remarks on the microphone, as well as a banner celebrating your sponsorship to welcome everyone.

Tee Box Sponsorship:$525

Make your Tee box the one golfers will remember! A table and two chairs will be provided for each sponsor. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid, as well as signage at the hole.

Beverage Cart (2): $1000 - SOLD OUT

Leave your mark on the golf course with this sponsorship! Sponsor will have the ability to drive around the golf course in the golf cart greeting all players. Recognition will be given to the sponsor on tournament material once sponsorship is paid for. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid, as well as signage on the cart.

Lunch Sponsorship:$500

Let every tournament player know about your company! Sponsor will be able to place marketing material on all tables where the lunch will be served and all bags will have your logo. Signage will be provided acknowledging sponsorship. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid.

Breakfast Sponsorship: $750

Sponsor may provide materials and market at the breakfast sandwich station. Signage will be provided at breakfast recognizing the sponsorship. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid.

Putting Green & Range Sponsor: $500

The Sponsor will have prominent logo placement and signage at the putting green and range. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid.

Green Sponsor: $200
The Sponsor will have prominent logo placement and signage at each green.

Hole in One: $600

Sponsor the hole in one and be the witness for someone's special day!! Host the Hole in One Hole and you will have additional signage on the course in conjunction with the Hole in One Contest. Sponsor may set up a tent and greet players all players in the tournament. A table and 2 chairs will be provided for the sponsor. Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid.

Registration Sponsor: (1) $500

Take this opportunity to greet all players and hand them your golf schwag! Sponsor will be provided a table at registration and may hand out any golf schwag they wish to provide to all tournament players. This is an opportunity to get in front of all registered players before the tournament! Special recognition for the sponsorship will be added to social media outlets and tournament materials once paid.
